Whether you’re enjoying Throwback Thursday or Thirsty Thursday, it is Thursday and tomorrow will be the big day!! ^O^
I know I have mentioned that Anthony (a.k.a. the/my boyfriend) and I will be staying at the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas (MOLV). When I started looking at hotels I decided prior to stay at Planet Hollywood but it didn’t hurt to look at the other hotels. When I stumbled upon MOLV I fell in love and it was all because they had a separate tub to shower. I love taking baths and if my bathroom was a separate shower and tub I would be taking a bath every single day. Because of that I decided to choose MOLV.
Then reading from the reviews I was blown away about what
people were saying about the customer service and the amenities. After that it
was a sealed deal and I hinted to Anthony how much I really really really
really really like the place. He ended up booking it and all I could think of
is how awesome it will be to relax at a hotel-hotel, not a casino-hotel.
I have been obsessed with this hotel. I did some research
and found out about its impeccable customer service, here’s the article if
you’re interested in reading (http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2009/jul/21/citycenters-nongaming-mandarin-oriental-service-be/).
When we had to call in to make a few requests, I concluded that the article was
not lying. When we called, someone answered by the second ring. We put in our
requests and we were good to go.
There was one time I called to verify about a deal I found
on Trip Advisor and they didn’t have it. The person on the phone with me was
stupendous and she did some extensive research to make sure if they had it;
unfortunately they didn’t. She looked on her computer and even went to
management. Talk about going up and beyond and to put the cherry on top they sent Anthony a confirmation e-mail about our stay. They are very meticulous in the most subtle ways. Anthony is so pleased with the service he can’t wait to see how it
will be when we’re actually there; as am I. As for me, I need some rest and relaxation and
MOLV is starting to make an awesome first impression on me.
I can not wait till tomorrow. . . I have to wake up at 4:30 though. . . Doesn't matter MOLV, I feel, is going to be worth it all ^___^
P.S. Here are the sites I used during the process of checking out MOLV
Trip Advisor- MOLV
