Mandarin Oriental Part 3: Amenities

Note: This post was for Saturday but things kept happening.

Good morning peoples!!
I had a great night’s sleep. I couldn’t jump on it like a little kid because the mattress is made out of foam. The pillows were just as comfortable. I had such a great sleep and when I woke up I thought I was in a dream. I could sleep in my bed all day if I had the chance.
After checking out the property and seeing what MOLV has in store for us, I would say the amenities rock. You have to pay $24 dollars per day for their Golden Access Pass. This access pass includes access to the gym, the pool, and wireless internet in the room. I will talk more about the gym and the pool on later parts (so hold on tight for those).

As for room amenities, there is a lot. One of the first things you notice when you walk into the room is the little walk-in closet. There is a robe, two sets of slippers, an umbrella, an ironing board, an iron, a yoga mat, and in one of the drawers; a safe.
The other robe is inside the bathroom. Robe, hangers, ironing board, slippers (which you can't see), and yoga mat

Closed safe
Used my phone to get an idea how big the safe is.

The bathroom has a small television embedded in the mirror. There are two sinks and to the right is a vanity area (which I am very thankful for). There is a box where it keeps a loof, body lotion, a nail file, shoe shine, and shower cap. As stated in “First Impressions" , there is a separate shower and tub, and the toilet is enclosed in its own little room. Also another robe was found and plenty of towels. Another great thing they added is bath salts. Very relaxing indeed ^___^
In the middle, there wasn't anything so it became a place where to put my jewlery
These are the bath salts, sorry I forgot a picture showing them
Also for those who care about their appearance, there is a hair dryer with accessories, a straightener, and a digital scale

What I really appreciated was complimentary tea which includes an electric kettle, mugs, teas, and sugars.

As for maid services there is maid service in the morning and turn down service in the evening. We requested a turn down service at a certain time. The turn down service includes putting away the decorative pillows and folded the blanket out so it’s easier for us to get into. It’s been overall amazing and service is more than anyone can ever as for (which I will elaborate later). Amenities wise, it was worth shoving out the money for amenities that make you feel at home as much as possible.
