The Vegan Diaries: Week 3 Recipes

Okay early reflection for the week, actually it's Sunday this is Reflection Part 1. This post is late because recently a sickness has been creeping all over my work and now as worked up to me. Trying to get well it much of a task in itself when I'm running around at like 45mph. Then BAM!!! I received a lovely fever which lasted half my day. I'm getting well and I have to say when the sickness bites me I go on cruise control and eat food which I have archived in my brain as the food which will heal me. Hence I have been slipping for the last 3 days eating ramen and eggs with toast and drinking lots of tea with honey. Sorry agave, you don't coat my throat as nicely as honey.

These are the recipes I used this week. Remember this is the first time I tried making all of this and I have  to say I'm not too shabby putting things together. I have to say there was a recipe for tofu ricotta which I made about a couple of minutes ago which really REALLY REALLY not go well with my cup of tea. Oh goodness I miss cheese made out of milk from a cow. Here are the recipes I planned to try to make. At this point half of these recipes will flow to the last week. So last weeks recipes will be recommended recipes; if not I'll extend this to another week. Enjoy the recipes everyone!!! ^__^

For this recipe I only used the dill sauce so I can have it with my falafel.
